Tim Biskup’s trademark Helper takes on a new form in this bronze figure designed and hand cast exclusively for Limited by SOLO. Over the artist’s career, Helper has appeared in a range of guises, from bright stand-alone sculptures to dragon hybrids or axe-wielding beasts. Bronze Helper is Biskup’s iconic character as a standing figure with no mouth and an imposing single eye. To Biskup, this one-eyed creature is a symbol of malevolence or intolerance, a mischievous monster with a much darker side.
