Returns and refunds
At Limited by SOLO we want you to receive your artwork in perfect condition and enjoy it to the full. If you’re not happy with the piece you’ve received, you can return or exchange it as follows:
- If the artwork has arrived damaged. Our logistics partner works to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. Should this fail to happen, Limited by SOLO will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement. If you have purchased a unique work, you will receive a full refund. To ensure that we can deal with your return, it is essential that you provide us with a photograph of the damaged work within 24 hours of delivery.
- If the artwork is not the one you ordered. In the event that you receive a different piece to the artwork ordered, Limited by SOLO will cover return shipping costs and send you the correct item. In this case, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- If you change your mind. If you change your mind once your artwork has arrived, you can send it back to Limited by SOLO. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that in this case, you will have to cover the return shipping costs.
