What are the shipping costs?

Shipping with Limited by SOLO is free. During the purchasing process, customers will be advised in advance of any customs duties payable depending on their location. Full information on shipping is available here

I’m purchasing from outside the European Union. Will I have to pay customs duties?

Yes, there are customs duties applicable to works shipped outside the European Union. These vary depending on the artwork and destination country and must be paid by the customer at the time of purchase. Full information on customs duties is available here.

When will my order arrive?

If the artwork is in stock, it will leave our warehouse within 4 working days from date of purchase. Our logistics partner will then deliver your work within 24 to 72 hours if you’re in the European Union or 7 to 15 days for non-EU destinations. 

Delivery times may vary for works which require framing.

What does it mean that a piece is in "pre-sale"?

Limited by SOLO artworks are involved in a long process from their design to its handmade manufacture. We know beforehand when a piece will be ready, and we want to let you order it as soon as posible. "Pre-sale" means a sale that has a future shipping date that is specified in the product card. 

Can I return an artwork I’ve purchased?

Yes. Unless the artwork has been damaged in transit or we have sent you the wrong piece, you have 14 days to return your purchase. Shipping costs are not covered. More information on exchanges and returns is available here.

What should I do if the artwork arrives damaged?

If you notice serious damage to the packaging on arrival, we advise you not to accept the delivery. This way, DHL will return the parcel to our warehouse and we can assess what has occurred.

If you have already accepted the delivery and discover on opening it that the piece is damaged, contact us within 24 hours at including a photograph of the artwork. We will collect the damaged work and deal with the incidence in the shortest time possible. If it is not possible to substitute the piece, we will provide a full refund.

What can I do if the piece I want is out of stock?

The production process for Limited by SOLO artworks can take time, as each piece is hand crafted to the highest quality. This occasionally means we have delays in receiving stock. If you’re interested in a piece which is out of stock, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your order:



Do Limited by SOLO artworks come with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. All our limited editions are numbered and come with a certificate of authenticity.

Can you frame an artwork if this option isn’t offered during the purchasing process?

No. Some of our artworks are only made available unframed. However, we would be happy to advise you on the most suitable framing options for your piece.

Are the artworks properly protected during shipping?

Yes. Our art conservation team has advised us on the best way to protect our artworks for shipping, with tailored packaging for each type of work, weight and destination. Our logistics partner is DHL, who ensure that each delivery reaches you in perfect condition.
